Much has been written and said about the awakening of humanity, and about how it will happen. My interest lies in a slightly different approach to the topic. It seems to me that as long as we primarily seek answers, explanations, or predictions about awakening outside ourselves, we are still relating to it from the outside in.

What if awakening is far simpler than that? What if it begins as our orientation quietly shifts from the outside to the inside? Not as a spiritual achievement. Not as something reserved for a few. But as a completely natural movement in human experience – available to everyone.

Through this movement, one thing has become increasingly clear to me: We have learned to live as if the body is an instrument to handle, master, or serve life and energy. Perhaps it is this very notion that creates much of the resistance we carry.

Because when we gradually let go of the identities, thoughts, and notions that hold the opposites in place, something else happens. The body no longer has to work against life. It can open up. Then energy becomes not something that must be controlled or mastered, but something that naturally moves through us.

Whole and Human is a place where I want to share how this movement has gradually unfolded, and continues to unfold, in my own life – using as simple, down-to-earth, and accessible language as possible.

Because maybe awakening isn't about becoming something extraordinary. But about discovering that life was never something we needed to master. Perhaps it's about letting go of the resistance that makes us an instrument of duality – so that life can once again move freely through us.
